• The Challenge :
• The client had a groundbreaking concept for an autonomous drone to manage warehouse inventory but needed a functional prototype to prove its viability and secure Series A funding.
• Our Solution :
• This project was centered on Business Systems & Innovation and rapid prototyping. Our Physical & Connected Products team designed and built a functional hardware prototype of the drone. In parallel, we developed an MVP of the control and navigation software. This allowed our client to demonstrate the complete, functional concept in a real-world warehouse environment.

• The impressive functional prototype was the centerpiece of their investor pitch, enabling them successfully to move into full-scale production.
